Are there per-check fees?

Your monthly plan includes your reference checks. Employment checks and medicals (right to work, WWCC, licences, clinic bookings and so on) are priced per check - the full list is on this page, government and registry fees included. Pay by card as you order, or hold wallet credit and draw it down. No setup costs or hidden charges.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

Do unused reference checks roll over?

No. Your monthly reference-check quota resets each billing cycle. If you consistently need more, consider upgrading to a higher plan. Per-check purchases are not quota-based - you order them whenever you need them.
