RefChecks connects to the Australian Government's Document Verification Service (DVS) to authenticate identity documents in real time. Candidates submit their documents through a secure portal, and DVS confirms whether the document details match the issuing agency's records, covering passports, driver licences, Medicare cards, birth certificates, and more.
The 100-point identity check framework ensures candidates provide sufficient evidence of identity from multiple categories. RefChecks guides candidates through the process, calculates their point total for you, and flags any documents that cannot be verified.
